Explanation:

The candidate of a party is a person who is nominated by the party either as separate or joint single-member constituency candidate and/or list candidate for the parliamentary elections.

If a person has multiple nominations (eg: in single-member constituency, on regional list and national list), he/she is only considered once in the following statistics.

If a candidate is nominated by two or more political parties, he/she is considered in our statistics for each nominating party.

As a consequence of the above mentioned, the numbers in the following tables may differ from the data of other tables.
