Collecting signatures on prohibited places to support popular initiatives and initiatives aimed at calling a referendum

156. § (1) A fine may be imposed on anyone who collects signatures on prohibited places as set forth under the Act on Referendums and Popular Initiatives to support referendums or popular initiatives.

(2) Against the person committing the violation defined in paragraph (1) expulsion also lies.
