93/1-5. Information booklet for ballot counting committees regarding the local elections of 2002
The rule of electing the body of representatives is subject to the population of the settlement. Subsequently, we distinguish towns with less than 10,000 inhabitants, more specifically with one or several electoral districts, from towns with more than 10,000 inhabitants, cities having county rights and the capital. The election booklets provide ballot counting committees with general information on local elections, sets forth their rights and obligations, and give methodological guidance to help them to fulfil their tasks.
