78. National referendums, popular initiatives – 1 August 1999 – 24 January 2002 

In the Hungarian legal system, one of the repositories of constitutional guaranties of referendums is the National Election Committee. The booklet contains the resolutions adopted by the National Election Committee in the period between 2 June 1999 and 24 January 2002 on national referendums and popular initiatives; the rulings of the Constitutional Court on reserves against the NEC’s decisions; and, the relevant rules of law.
