The booklet helps international observers who come to watch the elections in their work. The publication gives a survey of the operation of the local election system, the activity and powers of election committees, the process of ascertaining the results of the elections. The publication describes election related Internet services. The booklet allows the observers to gain detailed information on the activity pursued on election day at the Duna Palace, the national centre of the elections, as well as on accreditation, the time and date of press conferences. The annex of the booklet contains the measure taken by the head of the National Election Office concerning international observers.
