67. Collection of rules of law – Local elections in Hungary 1998.

The collection of rules of law was made for international observers. In a unified structure, it publishes the provisions of the Constitution pertaining to the local governments; Act LXIV of 1990 on the Election of Local Representatives and Mayors, as several times amended; Act LXXVII of 1993 on the Rights of National and Ethnic Minorities; and, the rules of Act C of 1997 on Electoral Procedure with regard to local elections.
