The rule of electing the body of representatives is subject to the population of the settlement. Subsequently, we distinguish towns with less than 10,000 inhabitants, more specifically with one or several electoral districts, from towns with more than 10,000 inhabitants, cities having county rights and the capital. The aim of the information booklets edited in terms of various types of settlements is to publish duties clear to the committees from the tasks to be fulfilled prior the day of voting to ascertaining the final results of the electoral districts. The publications set forth the rules to be applied during voting, the method of aggregating ballots, and ascertaining the result. The annex of the booklets contains guidance on filling in forms and printed matters.
