60. Election Code for the local elections of 1998

The booklet collects all of the legal materials and procedural rules to be applied during the local elections in one volume. The booklet sets forth the provisions of the Constitution pertaining to local governments, Act LXIV of 1990 on the Election of Local Representatives and Mayors, as amended several times, Act LXXVII of 1993 on the Rights of National and Ethnic Minorities, and the rules of Act C of 1997 on Electoral Procedure pertaining to local elections.
