The booklet helps international observers coming to watch the elections in their work. The publications gives a survey of the operation of the Hungarian election system, the activity, powers of the election committees, the process of ascertaining the results of the elections, the rules of allocating seats, and the most important features of the election campaign. The publication describes the IT system covering the entire process of the election, the election related Internet services. The booklet allows international observers to collect detailed information on the election day activity pursued at Duna Palace, the national centre of the elections as well as on accreditation, the time and date of press conferences.
