48. Information booklet for ballot counting committees on the parliamentary elections (10 and 24 May 1998)
The publication provides full-scope information for ballot counting committees, who in the course of the elections carried out the completion of the elections, the aggregation of ballots and drew up minutes thereof locally. The almost 1,1000 ballot counting committees shall do their responsible work lawfully, precisely and fast. The aim of the information booklet is to publish in a form clear to ballot counting committees the tasks to be fulfilled from duties prior to the day of voting to ascertaining the final results of electoral district. The publication provides full-scope information on the rules to be applied during voting, the method of aggregating ballots, and ascertaining the results. Its appendix contains instructions on how to fill in forms, as well as fact sheets, minutes and printed matters.
