It is always from the entirety of voters that the Hungarian election system determines the result. Therefore, it is indispensable to register voters, that is, to maintain a register. The booklet gives help on each administration level to fulfil tasks related to registering voters, producing, further maintaining the voter register, as well as voting that takes place in several venues, and screening, checking electoral frauds.
