40. Information booklet for foreign observers on the referendum called for 16 November 1997 (Booklet in English)

The booklet contains the relevant provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Hungary, Act XVII of 1989, and Act XXXIV of 1989 with regard to referendums. The booklet allows foreign observers to get detailed information on the activity pursued on the day of the referendum as well as on accreditation, times and dates of press conferences.
