Meant to be an auxiliary material for teaching history and civics, the booklet describes the history of elections in Hungary between 1848 and 1994 in eight sections; its appendix contains a chronological list of the elections held and governments ruled in Hungary during this period, an electoral law glossary, suggested reading on the subject and summarising exhibits and data, and announcements, ballot-papers and other specialities of the epoch.
