31. The decisions of the Constitutional Court on elections and referendums (12 February 1990 – 10 May 1995) 

In our electoral system, one of the guards of legality is the Constitutional Court. Election bodies shall strictly follow the directives issued by it. The booklet contains seventeen decisions of the Constitutional Court on electoral law and referendum statutes adopted between 12 February 1990 and 10 May 1995, and, twenty-two decisions of the Constitutional Court on individual cases related to local referendums and popular initiatives adopted between 12 April 1990 and 22 February 1995.
