28. Professional conference preparing the rules of procedure of the election code

Each of our effective electoral law statutes contains, in additional to substantive law rules, special procedural issues. In practice, in the course of implementation, public servants may meet with several identical or slightly different provisions, and there is a growing need to enshrine them in a unified code. At the conference public servants responsible for organising and lawfully completing the elections put forward their professional arguments in favour of creating a unified election code.
