27. The election of local governments of national and ethnic minorities in the capital and nationally in 1995

The publication sets forth data on the local governments for minorities, minority settlement municipalities, the metropolitan and national self-government for minorities elected on 11 December 1994. A minority settlement municipality shall be a local government where the settlement municipality include a great number of representatives who belong to a minority. A minority is entitled to set up a national self-government. Its election may be attended by each minority representative and each elected elector empowered to vote.
