In the electoral procedure, certain issues are decided by the National Election Committee. Redress regarding its decisions is performed by the Supreme Court. The publication contains the resolutions of the Supreme Court adopted with regard to reserves lodged against the decisions of the National Election Committee. Out of the five motions submitted to it the Supreme Court approved of three.
