19/1-9. Documentation of using election software

In order for election bodies to be able to define preliminary results on election day, there was a need to give IT support to individual election bodies. To help preparation for this, the booklets marked with the serial number 19 contain the user manuals and system descriptions of the information technology systems that support the completion of the elections produced for internal use.
