17. Implementing decrees pertaining to the election of the members and mayors of local governments in 1994

The law on the election of the members and mayors of local governments determines only skeleton rules. Detailed rules are provided in decrees to ensure that the financial norm of completing the elections and the determination of the procedural terms and deadlines of the election of the members and mayors of local governments called for 11 December 1994, to be performed by local, territorial and national election teams, shall be uniform.
