Act IX of 2003
ON THE AMENDMENT OF ACT C OF 1997
ON ELECTORAL PROCEDURE

    1. § § 151 of Act C of 1997 on Electoral Procedure (hereinafter referred to as Procedural Law) shall be supplemented with the following paragraph (3):
    "(3) Paragraph (1) of § 61 and paragraph (1) of § 71 of this Act shall be applied in the national referendum to be held on 12 April 2003 with the deviation that voting is allowed until 9 p.m. and the chairman of the ballot counting committee shall close the premises at 9 p.m. "
    2. § Paragraph (3) § 151 of the Procedural Law stipulated with § 1 of this Act, and this Act shall come into force on the 8th day following their promulgation, and shall be repealed on the day the act proclaiming the international treaty on the accession of the Republic of Hungary to the European Union comes into force.
