- non-valid ballots have been cast by 1,13 % of the voters who attended,i.e. 44 961 persons
- YES ballots have been cast by 85,33 % of the voters who cast valid ballots,i.e. 3 344 131 persons
- NO ballots have been cast by 14,67 % of the voters who cast valid ballots,i.e. 574 983 persons
- YES ballots have been cast by 41,50 % of the qualified voters
- NO ballots have been cast by 7,13 % of the qualified voters
