This bulletin has been compiled for parties, national and minority groups, and also, for independent candidates about tasks and functions of election teams. It gives detailed information about national and minority groups participating in the municipal elections. It also contains a technical description of the nominating of candidates, of the counting of votes, of the determining of results during the 1994 municipal elections.
