3. Information Bulletin for Parties and Independent Candidates about the 1994 Parliamentary Elections
This bulletin has been compiled to inform parties setting up candidates and for independent candidates. The text is very simple and easy to understand. It helps parties prepare for the elections, informs them about the electoral system and its most important rules and regulations.
It contains Act XXXIV. of 1989 about the election of members of parliament, and also all procedural regulations. Describes the system of the returning operations and the data-processing system of determining the final results.
