This booklet contains the general directives of principle issued by the National Election Committee, by right of its authority invested by Act LXIV of 1990 section a) § 21 about the election of mayors and members of parliament. It contains information about the right of voting, registration of qualified voters, electoral bodies, nominating process, balloting, electoral system as a whole, about how returns are determined and how mayors are elected. In the second half of the bulletin you find charts with results of the elections held on the 29th September, 1990, and on the 21st June, 1992, in the individual electoral districts.
