126. Election bulletins
The third volume of the studies edited by the National Electoral Office is a publication comprising of four chapters which outlines the theoretical and practical issues of elections under the public law. The first chapter of the bulletin provides international outlook, followed by the rules of the Hungarian substantive and procedural suffrage with reference to the legislative changes taken place in the meantime. The third chapter intends to address the practical implications of our representation and electoral system, while the last part provides insight into the electoral-political situation at the turn of the millennium. The publication is a useful and outstanding reading material for the experts of elections and for those interested in election-related issues
