118. Aid to the remote training of notaries and keepers of minutes 

A remote training program has been organized for preparing the heads of local electoral offices and the keepers of the minutes of the returning boards for the 2004 European Parliamentary elections. This publication is part of the remote training package and provides orientation to notaries and keepers of minutes regarding tasks in the course of the election process.
