Putting forward lists

Pursuant to the Act on Functioning and Management of Parties, only parties can put forward lists for the Elections of the Members of the European Parliament. Two or more parties can put forward a joint list. The same party can put forward only one list - separate or joint list. Candidates are listed according to the order layed down by parties.

At least 20 000 authorized recommendations from voters are needed to put forward a list. Supporting signatures for list proposals can be collected on recommendation sheets. A voter can recommend several lists.
